Refund policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@onlinebloodtests.com.au with the following details:

• Your full name
• The date your order was placed
• Your order reference number
• The email address used to place the order

You may cancel your order within 30 days of purchase, provided your blood sample has not yet been processed by the laboratory.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will refund the amount paid, less a $15 cancellation and administration fee to cover the cost of processing the pathology referral.

Refunds will not be available where a cancellation request is made more than 30 days after purchase.

If your blood sample has already been processed by the laboratory, but your results have not yet been uploaded or made available to you, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 10% of the test price.

Once your results or report have been uploaded, released, or made available to you, we are unable to provide a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed within seven business days of approval.
