Subscription, Pre-Order and Try Before You Buy Cancellation Policy

Some products or services offered by Online Blood Tests may be available as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy purchase. This policy explains how these purchases can be changed or cancelled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat orders based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each scheduled order unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period. If you do not wish for your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal date.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. Your order confirmation email will include a link to manage your subscription.

Once a subscription order has been processed, cancellation and refund eligibility will be assessed in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product or service that is not yet available, is temporarily unavailable, or is scheduled to be released at a later date.

Depending on the product or service, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at the time of checkout. Where applicable, your payment method may be stored securely and charged when the product or service becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order before it has been fulfilled, processed, or referred to a laboratory or clinical partner.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or processed, you may no longer be able to cancel it. Any refund request will be assessed in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Online Blood Tests may occasionally offer selected products or services on a try before you buy basis.

Where this option is available, your payment method may be authorised before the order is fulfilled. You will be given a specified period to decide whether to proceed with the purchase.

If you do not cancel or return the applicable item within the stated trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

Try before you buy offers may not be available for pathology referrals, blood test services, digital products, or services that have already been processed, referred, fulfilled, or made available to you.

Refunds

Any refunds relating to subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy purchases will be assessed in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
